Trilulilu's success greatly depends on the quality of our hosting and we wouldn't choose a provider if we weren't 100% sure of the quality of their service. Hostway's technical support personnel is amazingly good. After a disappointing experience dealing with KPN/GTS and a brief but very expensive trial with Rackspace, Hostway was a welcome change, in both stability and performance.

It may seem natural, but it's actually really hard to find that availability and flexibility at a big player in the rigid datacenter market. We're glad our migration to their network went perfectly and that the eMAG traffic wasn't at all affected. De Hostway ma leagă o amintire neplăcută altora. În după-amiaza şi seara zilei în care Mircea Geoană a cîştigat alegerile prezidenţiale (din fericire pentru el şi pentru noi, doar pentru o noapte), au fost momente cînd jucam de unul singur pe piaţa ştirilor. Cele mai importante bloguri şi site-uri de ştiri aveau să cadă pentru perioade de timp cuprinse între 15 min şi cîteva ore, iar sutu.ro a stat sus furnizînd fără griji informaţii la cald despre următorul preşedinte al României. Explicaţia lipsei de griji: sutu.ro era găzduit pe un server dedicat de la Hostway. Să vă mai spun că în ziua respectivă traficul pe sutu.ro a fost dublu faţă de cel al Academiei Caţavencu, publicaţia pentru care lucram în acea vreme?

De când am început aventura mea cu antreprenoriatul online, am zis mereu ”ce frumos ar fi internetul dacă nu ar trebui şi servere” :)) Dar de când am semnat cu Hostway zic din ce in ce mai rar acest lucru. Pentru că nu mai am motive. Pentru că în cele cateva luni de când lucrăm împreună am învăţat că serverele nu sunt cele mai urâte lucruri de pe planetă, dacă se află în mâinile persoanelor care trebuie. Nu ştiu dacă sunt cel mai enervant client, dar cu siguranţă sunt în TOP 10. Am început alături de HOSTWAY un proiect pe platforma Blogway, iar din ianuarie sunt fericitul posesor al unui VDS (server virtual dedicat) care funcţionează impecabil. De fiecare dată când am avut o problema, echipa de la serviciul clienţi a făcut mereu ca lucrurile să se rezolve într-un timp rezonabil. Am lucrat în trecut şi cu alte firme din România, dar aici am găsit cel mai bun raport preţ/calitate, iar când vine vorba de calitate HOSTWAY nu se zgârceşte.

Cum îţi dai seama cât de important este să ai un hosting bun pentru afacerea ta? Cu siguranţă când nu ai unul.
