Your company is eligible for BizSpark if it is:
- Actively engaged in development of a software-based product or service that will form a core piece of its current or intended business
- In business for less than 3 years at the time of enrollment
- Making less than US $1 million in annual revenue
To be eligible for Production License rights, your startup must also develop a
software-plus-services solution (on any platform) to be delivered over the Internet.
Validity & requirements
You're good on both eligibility criterias?! Great! That means you can/will:
- Enroll for free
- Take part in the program for up to 3 years and have the possibility to confirm your participation yearly
- Report web applications or sites developed using the software accessible through the program (you have to develop at least one site or an application)
