Yes. Our technical support staff monitors your server applications 24/7. In case there's any unusual activity you'll be contacted and, if you request it, the faulty application can be restarted.

What bandwidth can you guarantee for my server?
The guaranteed minimum bandwidth is 10 Mbit/second National and 2 Mbit/second International.

I prefer a different server brand. Why do you want to sell me Dell?
Dell servers are reliable, stable and extremely powerful. We have a strategic partnership with Dell at a national and international level and we've had the opportunity to test their machines in thousands of configurations. As a result, we've developed great expertise in working with them: we know all their characteristic features and can easily and rapidly solve any issue. What protection do you ensure against online attacks and intrusions?
We use dedicated hardware solutions, which are much more effective than the corresponding software. We filter attacks through firewall hardware, firewall software and anti-flood/DDoS protection hardware.
Software protection is included in the cost of any of our services. Hardware filtering is optional and activated upon request.
